“Sandi Hoover of Roots Prenatal Yoga served as a guest instructor in our 200 hour yoga teacher training course. Our students were so impressed by her depth of knowledge and eloquent delivery. Several students said they had an “a-ha” moment and realized that in order to truly serve the prenatal population, more in-depth training is essential. I highly recommend Sandi and Roots Prenatal Yoga teacher training.”
